Let your Legal assistant check the status of Docusign envelopes and read agreements. Read only, and sending for signature is never run from chat. Coming soon.
Docusign is where agreements get signed. Once you connect it, your assistants can check which envelopes are still waiting and read the agreements, so you always know where a contract stands.
The assistants can read what the token's account can read.
Nothing here waits for an Approve because nothing here changes data. Sending something for signature is never run from chat, so the assistants cannot send a contract to anyone. You do that in Docusign.
Revoke the token in Docusign whenever you want to cut access.
Docusign access tokens may expire. If the assistants say they cannot reach Docusign, create a fresh token and paste it again.
Docusign has a separate demo environment for testing. When it opens, try the connection there first if you want to see how it behaves with no real contracts.
Ask a question with an answer, such as "which envelopes are waiting for a signature", and the assistant will give you a short list.
